Wayne Fitzpatrick, Principal

Wayne was the founding CFO of strategy consulting and FINRA-member Bulger Partners, where for 10 years he managed financial ops, facilities, IT and HR. He also managed the financial ops of its investment fund.
Prior to his financial leadership career, he was an investment banker, notably the securities subsidiary of Bank of America. He raised capital in public and private markets, helped companies buy and sell and provided guidance on financing strategies to tech and biotech companies.
He began his professional career as a systems engineer at IBM. Along the way, he received his MBA at Duke University.
